Do you really have the Lowest Prices?
Absolutely! We guarantee our prices to be the lowest in the industry. If in any case, you find a retail competitor offering one of our exact products at a lower price, we will not only match their price, but beat it by 10%. We require the competitor's official quote showing the total including shipping. We reserve the right to change the guarantee at our sole discretion. Due to fluctuations in manufacturer costs, prices are subject to change without notice. However, if you receive an email quote from one of our sales agents, the price will be held for 7 days.
What methods of payment are available?
We proudly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and so on), debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna, but for different countries and regions, the payment methods may vary. 
How to scan songs on Spotify, why the Spotify code doesn’t work?
You'll have to grant permission to Spotify to access your camera. If you decline the request to access, you can't scan song codes. Kindly follow the instructions below to play the song on the product: Download and open Spotify App on your device, click the search option on the bottom toolbar. Besides the search bar there is a camera icon on its right side, click that. Then, scan the code on your product and you will be directed to the song automatically, or add it to your playlist. About the scratches on products, how to clean them?
As the Spotify product is made from an Acrylic material, a piece of film which can be peeled off from the product is put in place to prevent scratches or breakage during transit and after you received the package. A sticker with the note that says, "Please remove the protective film" is in place to notify you that the product has a protective film in place. When you remove the protective film, please start from one corner (it’s up to you which corner) to tear it off. Please also try to avoid touching the surface as it would live white marks or smudges on the surface. Please note: Remove the protective film from the product. Once protective film is removed, mount the Spotify acrylic plaque onto its base. Make sure to press it downwards to secure it. *Take note of the display quality when the protective film is in place and once removed. Smudges and dust-like residue on the surface can be removed or cleaned by wiping it off with a soft cloth. You may dab a small amount of alcohol on the cloth when cleaning. Can I receive a catalog?
We do not offer catalogues. Our products are available to view online only. The products supplied on our website are the most current ones, and it is easy to scan through the categories for your favorite products.
How large will you print my logo/design?
Due to the limited embossing area, we reserve the right to adjust the size of your artwork to fit the embossing area of the item ordered; regardless of the size of the artwork submitted. However, if you have special requirements, please contact our customer service online or by email before placing your order.
My payment failed.
Credit card payments fail for the following reasons: insufficient funds; purchase not authorized by the card owner; incorrect account/billing details; or expired credit card. If none of these issues apply, please contact customer service with your order number, name and email address and we will email your invoice to assist in processing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items.  As a result, once an order enters production, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
What is the status of my order?
You can track the progress of your order online. Shortly after you place your order, we will send you an email with a username and password so you can log in online and track the progress of your order. You can also ask us about the status of your order online or by email.
Where can I find a coupon code?

Is Shipping Insurance Included in my Shipping Charge?
Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage sometimes occurs during shipping. This is why we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance ($2.99). Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping cost you pay.
When will my order arrive?
When placing your order you will be issued an estimated delivery date, which may change at the time of proof approval depending how long it takes to finalize your proof. To check your estimated delivery date you may log in to your account here. Typically our orders do arrive by the date provided, but due to the time requirements for the printing process, your order may arrive later than the originally estimated date. Should you require a guaranteed delivery date, we offer rush production on our site for an additional cost. Please be aware delays in proof approval or failure to provide high quality, camera ready artwork may cause your order to be delayed beyond the initial guaranteed date as these factors are beyond our control.
What is Normal/Standard Production Time?
The estimated normal production time is 3-6 business days after placing your order. This time frame is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or process employed. If you have a specific in-hands date, please be sure that there is adequate time before placing an order with a normal production time frame. Delivery dates are only estimated and not guaranteed for orders with normal production time frames. If you pay for an expedited shipping method for a normal production order, only the method of shipping will be guaranteed, however, the production time frame is still only estimated. Therefore, the order may still not reach you in the time frame required.
