Why did my payment fail?
We accept credit or debit cards that have a Visa, Master Card, American Express or JCB logo, and PayPal payments. Most payment failures are due to disapproval from your bank. If you see a payment failure message, please contact your bank or credit card provider for more information. When the cardholder's bank refuses the fee and sends the error, only the bank knows why the transaction was declined and how to correct the problem. Before contacting your bank, you can also find a list of the most common reasons for a failed payment for one of our services. If your payment has failed, please find possibilities and directions for reference.
Internet Explorer is not supported.

Credit/debit cards or billing address information. does not match the one saved in the bank.
The credit card issuer can refuse fees if your billing address provided is different from their file information, such as incorrect account/billing information (card number, expiration date, billing postal code, CVV / CVC), purchase not authorized by card owner, spending habits of the cardholder or expired credit card. The payment processor declined payment due to the anti-fraud billing address or card verification checks. In these cases, payments are simply pending and have not been received by Soufeel. Since the processor has not completed the transaction, the funds will either be rejected or automatically returned to your account in a few days.
Depending on the country you are in, you may need to call your bank to check the limits on your credit card account in order to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border, or overseas transactions.
Please check the credit card information you entered and make sure your billing address matches this information exactly. If this is the case, you should contact your bank for further assistance.
Your card is not supported.
Visa gift card or prepaid Visa card is accepted, but make sure your card supports cross-border online or overseas transactions and has a sufficient balance.
Our risk system blocks the purchase.
Our risk detectors may have accidentally blocked your purchase, for reasons: You have issued a chargeback against Soufeel in the past.
With too many invalid attempts, your card will be blocked to protect you from theft and fraud.
You are using a proxy server. Please deactivate the proxy and try the purchase again.
PayPal blocks purchase
Your credit or debit card problems (such as an invalid card, an expired card, the amount exceeds, the card is deactivated, etc.)
Your credit or debit card problems with international transactions (make sure the buyer's credit and debit cards are allowed to buy online from foreign merchants)
If you receive a reception error for a PayPal order, there is probably a problem with your PayPal funding source. Please contact PayPal.com support for more information.
If your payment will not be processed with your PayPal account or if you are still having problems with your card, try:
Make the purchase again in a browser in incognito mode, or in another browser, or change your payment method at checkout, or use another credit card or PayPal account. Or if none of these issues apply, please contact us with your order number (if applicable), name and email address, error notification, and error screenshot, we will check the details and help you to continue the order.
